- if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. please allow additions days in transit for delivery. if there will be a significant delay in the gipment of your order, we will contact you via email 0r telephone.
Return Policy:
At Sajdaindia, our commitment is to provide top-notch products and unparalleled customer service. Your satisfaction remains our utmost priority.
- Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- For hygiene purposes, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for products once they have been opened, worn, or altered. We kindly ask that you carefully evaluate your purchase before opening the package to ensure it aligns with your expectations.
Refund:
Note: Refunds will be credited to the payment source used at the time of placing an order.
The mode of refund in case of payment through ‘Cash on Delivery’ will be IMPS.

Exchange Policy:
- Incase you receive a damaged product, promptly notify our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damaged item to facilitate the exchange. Reach out to us via email at sajdaindia.in@gmail.com or call us at +917977529674.
- For eligibility, the products must remain unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Please ensure secure packaging to prevent further damage during the return shipment.
- Detailed instructions for returning the damaged product will be provided. SajdaInd covers the cost of return shipping for the exchange.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we’ll initiate the exchange process promptly, dispatching a replacement product to you at the earliest convenience.
- If an exchange for damaged items isn’t possible, we’ll provide a credit note for the product’s purchase price, which can be utilized within 30 days.
- Due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that are not damaged. We kindly ask that you carefully evaluate your purchase before opening the package to ensure it aligns with your expectations. Nevertheless, if you encounter any concerns or issues with your purchase, please reach out to our customer support team without hesitation. We are committed to resolving your concerns and ensuring your satisfaction to the best of our ability.
